"We ordered this program paper at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. We were heading to our wedding site at least 4 days prior to the wedding to ensure that everything was in tact. The original programs arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great! But only the cover was initially printed. So, we called WeddingPaperDivas to have this error corrected and they CAME TO THE RESCUE! They were able to REPRINT everything and have it delivered before the wedding. We had family pick them up and fold it and the program looked SUPERB! The paper is thick and really holds its value. Would use weddingpaperdivas AGAIN and AGAIN. Customer Service is FABULOUS and they worked REAL hard to make our wedding day perfect. Thank you!"

"I had great help from the customer service team as I worked through some design changes.
The good news is that the design to begin with is a great. Simple and to the point. Loved the template. The not-so-great aspect with this particular piece is that it should have had more sections in my opinion. We wanted a section for a paragrahp for a "thank you" note, which is pretty standard. And another section with a note about cocktail hour. (I can see not assuming someone needs this additional section - we had a non-traditional service outside that went immediately into a cocktail. We wanted guests to have a way to get a heads up on highlights of the food and drink for the hour.)
That said, they were very open to helping to adjust the design, but it was very confusing and we had to go back and forth a little. They missed some things, i missed some things, and we ran a little close into a delivery schedule mishap.
Overall, I have recommended the site to MANY people and folks have asked me where I got everything from. We recieved many unsolicited compliments and inquiries on all of the pieces. We got a TON of product for less than 1,000, including save the dates, invitations, programs, placecards, and menus.
Great, immediate service."
