"The editing process was fairly easy, although I wish you could choose different font sizes! That was frustrating.
Ordering was simple. I had a difficult time figuring out what the difference between the envelopes and inserts was, so I called. The representative was more than helpful with the explanation and her suggestions. Super nice!
I knew the quality would be good because all of my sisters have used this company (Tinyprints) for all of their invitations/cards.
The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! I called to expedite my shipping after I had already ordered it, and they did it with no problem. The agent not only "comped" the extra cost, but then he proceeded to send ME a thank-you card to thank me for my business!!!! And it was hand-written!!
Wow! That's service!
I was very pleased with the overall product, but especially the customer service."

Pros: Simple Chic
"I chose this invitation because I like the simple design, it appears bold and formal online, but when we got them, they look like I designed and printed them myself on the cheapest paper I could find and that my printer was running out of ink. I literally could have done a better job myself. Save your money, these aren't cheap - even though they definitely look it."

We are truly sorry that this customer was not completely happy with her wedding invitations. Based on her definition of the what she received, it does sound as though there was an error with the stationery.
