Color not as it appears
"I was interested in this design in the Sage color but ordered the sample in the blue, as a sample is not available in Sage. When I received the blue sample I thought it actually looked much nicer than the image. The blue is a lot lighter and not nearly as bright as I expected. It's very nice if this is the color you are looking for. I then designed the save the date in Sage, changed the font a little bit to make it look more formal and loved the way the proof turned out. When I received the invitations the color was VERY different from in the proof. It's much more of a lime green than a Sage and when I held the physical invitations up to the proof on my computer you can see it's a totally different color. I ended up returning the save the dates because the color was not at all what I was looking for. If you are interested in the Sage color just know that it will be a lime green and not the color of the image online."

We apologized to this customer and gave her a full refund for her cards. She recently placed a new order for a different design.
While we do not offer samples in the Sage, we do send a color swatch with the Turquoise sample that shows the Sage and Chenille colors. If you have concerns, we are happy to mail you the swatch at no charge.
Finally, our customers are never stuck with a design or color they are unhappy with. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our cards. If anything in your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
